Overview
We want you wonderful customer to be happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that the quality isn’t up to scratch, then we would like to know. Contact us within 30 days and we will investigate with our supplier. If they agree the quality is poor due to print error or colour quality, they will be happy to send you a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible. I’m afraid if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are not in the position to negotiate with our supplier and offer you a full refund or exchange.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email and we will investigate further with our supplier.
